We’re interested in content that explores paranormal, supernatural, cryptid, UFO, or unexplained phenomena. Accepted formats include:

We prioritize factual integrity and clear writing. Creative storytelling is welcome, but we are not a fiction publication.


What are your style and tone guidelines?

Our tone is journalistic, accessible, and grounded. We aim for clarity and credibility while maintaining a sense of wonder and curiosity. Contributors should:

  • Avoid using em dashes; use colons, semicolons, commas, or parentheses

  • Use proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting

  • Avoid sensational language unless quoting or describing folklore

  • Provide citations for factual claims, studies, and historical references

  • Ensure accuracy in names, dates, and locations

Do you allow reprints or previously published work?

We do not accept reprints or AI-generated content. All submissions must be original and unpublished. You retain the rights to your work, but by submitting, you grant The Paranormal Chronicle permission to publish, archive, and promote it across our channels.


How do I submit?

Please email your pitch or full article to talysin13@gmail.com. Include the following:

  • A short author bio (2–4 sentences)

  • A headshot or avatar image (optional)

  • Links to any relevant work or social media

  • A brief explanation of your article’s topic and significance

If you’re submitting a full draft, attach it as a .docx or .pdf file. Google Docs links are also accepted.


What is the word count range?

  • News briefs: 500–800 words

  • Standard features: 1,200–2,500 words

  • Deep-dive or long-form investigations: 3,000–10,000 words

We occasionally publish extended research pieces of 10,000–20,000 words under special features or serialized formats.


Are writers paid?

Currently, The Paranormal Chronicle operates as an independent, ad-supported publication. We offer visibility, author promotion, and future opportunities for paid collaborations as the platform grows. Regular contributors may be invited to join our editorial circle or Patreon revenue-sharing opportunities.


Can I include links in my article?

Yes, but all links are subject to editorial approval. We do not allow affiliate links or overt promotion. Backlinks to your personal website, books, or research are permitted in your bio or author page.


Can I remain anonymous or use a pen name?

Yes. If you are an active investigator, whistleblower, or prefer anonymity due to professional concerns, we can publish under a pseudonym. Let us know in your submission.


What happens after I submit?

Once we receive your pitch or article:

  1. You will get a confirmation within 2–5 business days

  2. If accepted, our editor may suggest revisions for clarity, tone, or formatting

  3. Upon approval, we will schedule your article for publication and notify you of the go-live date
